Lullaby by Billy Joel

"Good night my angel, time to close your eyes
And save these questions for another day
i think i know what you've been asking me
i think you know what i've been trying to say...

I promised  I would never leave you
And you should always know
Wherever you may go
No matter where you are
I never will be far away

Good night my angel, now its time to sleep
And still so many things I want to say
Remember all the songs you sang for me
When we went sailing on an emerald bay
And like a boat out on the ocean
I'm rocking you to sleep
The waters dark and deep
Inside this ancient heart
You'll always be apart of me

Good night my angel, now its time to dream
And dream how wonderful your life will be
Some day your child may cry
And if you sing this lullaby
Then in your heart
There will always be apart of me

Someday we'll all be gone
But lullaby's go on and on
They never die
That's how you and I will be"

APRIL
VOL. 2011
Tell my heart to be quiet and stop telling me lies
Tell it to be silent, and remind me why
No one should live in such a hopeless time as this
As you and I

So Spring has been upon us for a little over a month now, and much has happened in my personal life. Discovering new things, challenges, and struggles about yourself is like watching a flower bloom. It doesn't happen the moment you plant it, or even after a week or two of watering it. But in perfect timing it blooms. And when it does you feel as if you've accomplished something, by just watering and tending to it every day.
